Live odds WebSocket API for market movement workflows
Stream bookmaker quote changes as odds.update messages with open, suspended and closed status over one authenticated WebSocket, after your REST scope is set.
- 01
Subscribe per sport and bookmaker channel, for example odds.football.tipico.
- 02
Each odds.update carries a sequence, the event, market, outcome, decimal odds and quote status.
- 03
Live is part of the Growth and Pro plans and covers only bookmakers verified for live delivery.
Best fit: Trading tools, monitoring dashboards, and product teams that need live quote movement without one parser per source.
Technical workflow
Live odds WebSocket API for scoped market movement
Live sits on top of the REST scope: REST gives you the current state, the WebSocket pushes every quote change and suspension after that. It suits quote-movement monitors, trading screens and comparison UIs that must hide suspended prices quickly.
After a reconnect, read the current state over REST again before applying new updates. The Live docs cover channels, rejections, close codes and usage metering.
subscribeOpen one channel per sport and bookmaker, for example odds.football.tipico.
odds.updateOne message per quote change, with a sequence, the market, outcome, decimal odds and status.
status: suspendedPause comparison or trading UI while the bookmaker suspends a quote; closed ends it.
subscription.rejectedExplicit rejection with a code, for example when the plan or key has no Live access.
// Tipico is shown for illustration only; it is not part of current customer coverage.
